Do you accept cash on delivery?

As of the moment, we don't accept cash on delivery.

What is your shipping scheme?

We ship in the Philippines nationwide and also internationally. Metro Manila orders (1-3 days) are shipped via FifthExpress, provincial orders (3-7 days) through LBC, and international orders (10-15 days) through DHL. You will also be notified with the tracking number, which you can monitor through the courier's website: fifthexpress.com lbcexpress.com dhl.com

When will I receive my pre-order?

The release date will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. You should receive your pre-order on or shortly after the release date.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Our returns and exchanges policy for clothing is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
